*You will have moments as a parent when you despise your teen, or at least their behavior. This is normal, and a testament to just how terrible the average teen can be at times. Just don’t give in to the temptation to throw up your hands and walk away. They want that, but not as much as they want you to grow some balls and be a parent!

*At least once a week, send the kids top bed early, and snuggle and kiss your partner, alone. The kids will whine, but you’ll be a lot happier parents!
