*Keep your distance from your co-workers. It is easy to fool yourself into thinking they’re friends, but that is seldom true. They are more likely deadly competitors, eager to use any hint, any confidence or comment against you!
*Parents and children are obligated to lie about some things, if they want to stay close. A child is wise to never confess any of the things they got away with, and parents are well advised to not admit how often they considered giving their child to gypsies, or “accidentally” drowning them.
Beware of false knowledge; it is more dangerous than ignorance.
